The Department of Agronomy focuses on preparing students to be competent and competitive in scientific, technical and academic occupations. It is committed to provide quality and personalized educational experiences that will assist students in their personal development and prepare them for Agronomy related careers or graduate study. Many members of the faculty are also involved in a variety of research projects which are of agricultural and environmental relevance. Department of Agronomy was established on 01 November 2014.
